4140QT 合金圆钢

4140QT 即以预淬火预回火状态供货的 AISI 4140（JIS SCM440，DIN 42CrMo4），通常硬度范围为 28–34 HRC（约 280–330 HB）。"QT"标识表明钢厂已在交货前完成奥氏体化、淬火和回火全套热处理，形成均匀的全截面硬度，省去许多应用场景中机加工后的热处理工序。

材料性能
4140QT 圆钢全截面硬度均匀（经硬度检验验证）。28–34 HRC 的典型硬度范围对应抗拉强度约 930–1 100 MPa。该硬度下使用合适的硬质合金刀片进行 CNC 车削和铣削是可行的。夏比冲击值通常为室温 60–100 J，保持了铬钼钢特有的良好韧性。
这种供货状态对于自身不具备热处理能力、或需要避免复杂加工件在热处理中变形的机加工厂和零件制造商具有重要商业价值。
与我们的退火 SCM440 相比，两者化学成分相同，区别仅在于供货状态。当目标硬度落在预回火范围内时选择 4140QT；需要自定义热处理以达到更高或更低硬度时选择 SCM440（退火态）。

热处理
供货状态
可直接机加工，28–34 HRC 范围内无需进一步热处理。
去应力退火（可选）
大量切削后，若成品零件尺寸精度要求严苛，可在 450–550°C 保温 2–4 小时进行去应力处理。
